LADY
ANDRIETTE ANDERSON
First Lady

For over 10 years, Andriette has been empowering women to see life’s curveballs as FIRE to push them forward and not failure. Andriette Anderson is a pastor’s wife, mom of 2, entrepreneur and certified Christian counselor with a sincere passion to help heal the hearts of all women.
Women who cross paths with Andriette have described her as an open book, willing to share her flaws and scars that help in the transformation of their lives. In her pursuit to encourage women to become the champion of their experiences, she continues to share her experience with self-doubt, fear, and delay in order to provide a transparent approach to helping women like herself.
Andriette believes that you can become a champion to the cards that life has handed you. This belief motivated her to launch, She Wins, Inc, in 2015. She Wins. Inc. provides peer mentorship, image consultation, life skill training, motivational speaking, and Christian counseling. Andriette holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Louisiana State University in Sociology, Psychology and Human Resource and Leadership Development. With nearly a decade of experience in psychology and mental health experience in both private counseling centers and community-based organizations, she earned her certification as a National Certified Christian Counselor in 2020.
She serves with her husband, Winton Anderson, as the First Lady in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Together, they lead Greater Philadelphia of Zachary, Louisiana.
Andriette' s impact spans from motivational speaking, styling/fashion, ministry, marriage, and parenting. Andriette strives to be an example of a virtuous woman -- a woman who is yielded to God in every area of her life-and continues to aim towards hearing God and walking in obedience of the purpose He has given her.
Her favorite scripture is “I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.” “O Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I can’t speak for you! I’m too young!” The Lord replied, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the Lord, have spoken!” Then the Lord reached out and touched my mouth and said, “Look, I have put my words in your mouth!” â€â€
